Unfortunately we have received some rather sad news – Ellie Goulding has been forced to pull out of her upcoming shows due to being unwell, and unfortunately also had to cancel her appearance at Positivus Festival.

We are wishing Ellie Goulding a speedy recovery, however due to these circumstances there will be some changes in the Friday schedule – please follow our updates on our website and our social media feeds: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram.

If you purchased your ticket only to see the Ellie Goulding concert, you can return your One Day Friday ticket for July 15th, and get a full refund or you can use your Friday One Day ticket to visit the festival on either Saturday (July 16th) or Sunday (July 17th), if you decide not to use it on Friday (July 15th).

HOW TO GET A REFUND FOR JULY 15th ONE DAY TICKETS

• To get a refund for your July 15th One Day tickets that were purchased at BIĻEŠU SERVISS, not later than by July 14th (including) fill out this refund form on www.bilesuserviss.lv and e-mail it to info@bilesuserviss.lv.
• For inquiries about tickets purchased at BILIETŲ PASAULIS, e-mail to info@bilietupasaulis.lt.
• For inquiries about tickets purchased at PILETILEVI, e-mail to info@piletilevi.ee.
• To get a refund for July 15th One Day tickets that were purchased at WWW.POSITIVUSFESTIVAL.COM, not later than by July 14th (including) fill out this refund form (DOWNLOAD HERE) and e-mail it to tickets@positivus.com.

Money will be refunded in 14 days within receiving the claim. Claims that will be received after July 14th midnight (GMT+3 00:00) won’t be refunded.
